Human Resource continues to provide policy, opportunity and employee
benefit programs for all City employees. Insure that all departments
are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to
personnel management activities. Continue to develop, initiate,
supervise, and provide advise on personnel programs providing for job
safety, recruitment, selection, compensation, classification, performance
appraisal, grievance process, placement training, testing, counseling and
rehabilitation. Monitors workman's compensation programs and its
relevance for financial condition of the City. Assure a safe secure
environment is provided and maintained for all employees and the general
public. |
