AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
17-1-26 OF THE CITY WATER ORDINANCE NO. 99-34 IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND
PERTAINING TO THE PLAN FOR THE REGULATION, CONSERVATION AND
RESTRICTION OF THE USE OF WATER FROM THE CITY WATER SYSTEM AND
ESTABLISHING A YEAR ROUND WATER CONSERVATION PLAN APPLICABLE TO ALL
CITIZENS, BUSINESSES, INDUSTRIAL AND GOVERNMENTAL CUSTOMERS SERVICED
BY THE CITY’S WATER SYSTEM.
