This new platform makes it easier to submit non-emergency service requests and allows City staff to track and manage requests more efficiently, resulting in improved response times and better customer service.

The portal currently accepts requests for Public Works, Animal Control, Code Enforcement, and Other for issues that do not fall within those categories. Additional departments and services will be added as we continue rolling out the portal.
Please be patient as we implement the portal by department. This phased approach allows us to train staff and ensure the best possible experience for our residents.
