Code enforcement officers manage a broad range of responsibilities, including business license verification, zoning permit enforcement, monitoring property maintenance, and addressing dilapidated or abandoned structures. Their daily operations begin with team follow-ups to coordinate ongoing cases before moving into inspections and enforcement throughout the community.
