The City of Las Vegas reminds residents and visitors of the following holiday hours and service changes in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. Please plan accordingly.

Solid Waste – (505) 617-1253

• Thursday, July 2

  • Residential collection routes will operate as usual.

  • Commercial collection routes will operate as scheduled.

  • The Transfer Station will close at 12:00 p.m.

  • All handicap collection routes will be completed.

• Friday, July 3

  • Commercial collection routes will operate as scheduled.

  • The Transfer Station will be closed.

• Saturday, July 4

  • The Transfer Station will remain closed.

• Thursday, July 2: Transit Services will close at 12:00 p.m.

• Thursday, July 2: The Recreation Center will close at 12:00 p.m.

• Friday, July 3: The Recreation Center will be closed.
