PSA 11/13/2025 9:30 a.m.: Tree Trimming Along Gallinas River Walk Trail – November 13–25

The Parks Division will be performing tree trimming along the Gallinas River Walk Trail throughout the month of November on the scheduled dates, from the walk-over bridge near the West football field to the entrance gate near NMHU and SECU off Raynolds Avenue.

Work Schedule:

·        Dates: November 13–14, 17–21, and 24–25

·        Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. daily

Portions of the Gallinas River Walk Trail will be temporarily blocked off each day so staff can safely operate bucket trucks, wood chippers, and chainsaws. Work will begin at the east embankment near the last walk-over bridge by the football field and progress toward Raynolds Avenue.

Please be mindful of City workers and remain vigilant for your safety and theirs. Pay close attention to any posted directions or signage in the area.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this maintenance throughout the month of November to ensure the health and safety of our trees and trail users.
