PSA 6/18/2026 12:30 p.m.: Maintenance Work Underway at Abe Montoya Recreation Center

The City of Las Vegas would like to inform patrons that maintenance work is currently underway at the Abe Montoya Recreation Center. To facilitate a valve replacement, the facility's showers will be temporarily unavailable this afternoon. Additionally, the Recreation Center's phone lines are currently experiencing service issues and are not operational at this time.
We understand these disruptions may cause inconvenience to those utilizing the facility, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may create. City crews are actively working to complete the valve replacement and restore phone service as quickly as possible.
