PSA 7/13/2026 4:00 p.m.: Railroad Avenue Closure Scheduled for Concrete Gutter Improvements

GM Emulsion will be conducting concrete gutter improvements on Railroad Avenue from Monday, July 13 through Wednesday, July 15, weather permitting. A hard closure will be in effect, with no through access available from Jackson Street to E. Lincoln Street. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes during the closure. Detour routes will be available via E. Jackson Street to Grand Avenue and Lincoln Street to Grand Avenue.
