PSA 7/25/2025 - 12:00 p.m.: Water and Gas Teams: Serving Las Vegas with Pride – Now Hiring

The City of Las Vegas would like to recognize and thank our Water and Gas teams for their outstanding service. These dedicated professionals are essential to our city. They work around the clock, often on call, responding to emergencies in the field no matter the time or weather—whether it’s extreme summer heat or freezing winter temperatures.

Their commitment keeps our community safe and our infrastructure running. We appreciate their hard work and want them to know how valued they are.

While not every team member may be featured in photos, each and every one of them is appreciated.

We are also exploring opportunities to involve these teams in youth trades training programs. This will help introduce young people to hands-on, rewarding careers in the public sector—especially for those who enjoy working outdoors and making a difference.
