PSA 8/4/2026 8:00a.m.: Commerce Street Improvement Project Begins

Magnum Construction has begun work on the Commerce Street Road Improvement Project. The block between East Washington Avenue and Garfield Avenue is currently closed to through traffic, with access available to residents within the construction area. Work will continue north one block at a time, beginning with curb and gutter improvements. Once approximately three blocks are completed, those sections will be repaved.

Motorists and pedestrians are asked to use caution near the construction area, follow posted signs, avoid active work zones and use alternate routes when possible.
