PSA 8/6/2025 7:30 p.m.: Closure of 2300 Block of Lopez Street for Road Work

The City of Las Vegas Gas Division and Streets Department will be working on the 2300 block of Lopez Street, which will be temporarily closed for street cuts and asphalt repair on Thursday, August 7, 2025, beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. and continuing until completed, which is anticipated by the end of the day. If there is a need for further work to continue into Friday, additional notice will be provided.

Traffic control and signage will be in place throughout the project. Please use caution in the area, watch for city staff, and follow all safety directions. Alternative routes are recommended to help reduce congestion and maintain a safe work zone.
