PSA 8/7/2026 11:30 a.m.: Water Service Restored Following Completion of Medite Water Line Repair

The City of Las Vegas Water Distribution Division and its contractor have successfully completed repairs to the water leak on the Medite water line off Airport Road. The repair resolves the issue that caused low water pressure and temporary water outages in areas north of Las Vegas over the past week.

Water service and system pressure are expected to return to normal. Customers who continue to experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water service are asked to contact the Utilities Department at (505) 454-3832 so a crew can be dispatched to investigate. After 5:00 p.m. or during the weekend, residents needing assistance should contact the Las Vegas Police Department Dispatch at (505) 425-7504, and dispatchers will notify the on-call Water Distribution crew.
