PSA 9/29/2026 12:00 p.m.: Sandbag Distribution Continues Today Until 3:00 P.M.

The City of Las Vegas will continue distributing sandbags today until 3:00 p.m., or while supplies last. Distribution is taking place at Public Works, located behind Las Vegas City Hall at 1700 N. Grand Avenue. A limited supply remains.

Sandbags are available to City of Las Vegas and San Miguel County residents on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 10 sandbags per vehicle. Residents are asked to follow all posted signs, traffic guidance and instructions from City staff while in the distribution area. For more information, contact Public Works at 505-426-3294.
