Mandatory Fire Watch Order for All Businesses Supplied with Water from the City of Las Vegas
Due to ongoing water distribution concerns within the city limits, a mandatory fire watch is now in effect for all commercial businesses with fire suppression systems that are currently open and operating until further notice.
In accordance with Chapter 233 Fire Code, Section 109.4, these businesses must remain under fire watch until further notice. Failure to comply with this order may result in a cease-and-desist order, leading to the immediate shut down of the business, and fines of up to $500.00 per violation.
