SANTA FE, N.M – A Claims Helpline has been established for the Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon Claims Office.
Callers can get answers to questions about office locations, office hours and general Claims Office and claims process information.
Claimants or interested parties may now call 505-955-7133 between the hours of 10am – 6pm Mountain Time, Monday – Thursday to speak to a Claims Office team member. These hours may be adjusted moving forward to meet claimant needs. You may also email ClaimsOffice@fema.dhs.gov.
