PSA 1/20/2026 1:00 p.m.: Tree Trimming and Temporary Closures at Plaza Park

The City of Las Vegas Parks Division will be trimming trees at Plaza Park from January 21–23 and January 26–30, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Sections of the park will be closed and caution-taped, and staff will direct visitors to alternate pathways. Portions of the roadway around the park may be temporarily closed in 15-minute intervals to remove tree limbs. Cones and signage will guide traffic safely. Please plan accordingly, expect delays, and consider alternate routes.
