PSA 9/22/2026 11:00 a.m.: Sandbags Available for Self Pick-Up Today at City Hall

The City of Las Vegas will be distributing sandbags today, September 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or while supplies last. Distribution will take place on the lower level of the Las Vegas City Hall parking lot, 1700 N. Grand Avenue, in front of the Animal Care Center.

Sandbags are available for self-pickup only. Delivery is not available at this time. Residents arriving at City Hall are asked to follow all traffic guidance, posted signs and instructions to help keep traffic moving safely and efficiently through the distribution area.

Sandbags will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 10 bags per vehicle. Residents are encouraged to take only what they need. For more information, please call 505-454-1401.
