A Red Flag Warning and Fire Weather Watch are in effect for Las Vegas from noon today until this evening. Gusty southwest winds of 20-25 MPH, with gusts reaching up to 45 MPH, combined with humidity levels dropping below 10%, are creating heightened fire risk. These conditions, including above-normal temperatures and breezy winds, are contributing to widespread fire danger.

Open burning is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the City of Las Vegas to reduce fire hazards.
