Reclaimed water is now available for both residential and commercial use. Before accessing reclaimed water, all customers must visit the Customer Service Center at 1335 1st Street to sign a usage agreement and set up an account. Both are necessary before water can be obtained.

Residential customers may obtain reclaimed water from the standpipe located at the Utility Service Center at 905 12th Street. Commercial customers can access reclaimed water at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Utility Service Center, and from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The cost of reclaimed water is $1.25 per 1,000 gallons, with an additional $0.50 charge per trip.

Please note that if the temperature drops below 35°F, reclaimed water will not be available. In such cases, the Utilities Department and Wastewater Division will secure the standpipes for safety.

The resale of reclaimed wastewater is strictly prohibited.
