NEWS RELEASE: LVPD Investigating Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

Las Vegas, NM – The Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) is currently investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, near the intersection of 7th Street and Grand Avenue.

The Las Vegas Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded promptly. Firefighters secured the scene while EMS personnel attempted life-saving measures. Despite their efforts, both occupants sustained fatal injuries.

Investigators are gathering information at this time. Speed is being considered a contributing factor.

The Las Vegas Police Department urges anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information relevant to the investigation to contact LVPD at (505) 425-7504.

The City of Las Vegas extends its deepest condolences to the families and loved ones affected by this tragic incident.
