PSA 6/16/2025 1:15 p.m.: City of Las Vegas Government Departments Experiencing Phone Issues

The City of Las Vegas Government is currently experiencing a widespread technical issue affecting phone systems across city departments, including City Hall. Calls are being misrouted to the Las Vegas Police Department, and many callers are unable to reach their intended contacts. In many cases, callers are receiving a busy signal.

Intermittent internet outages have also been reported. The issue is actively working to identify the root cause and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the problem.
