PSA 8/4/2026 7:00 a.m.: City of Las Vegas Conducting Fire Hydrant Flushing

The City of Las Vegas Water Treatment Plant will be flushing fire hydrants for compliance sampling August 3-4. Although the City remains under Stage 3 Water Restrictions, this work is necessary to help maintain water quality, verify system performance and ensure reliable fire protection.

Flushing will occur at the following locations:

• Alta Vista Hospital

• Luna Community College

• Storrie Lake State Park

• Sunset Distributing (Mike’s Precision)

• 
  

There should be no water outages.
