Shortly after 2:30 p.m. today, the Las Vegas Fire Department responded to a small grass and brush fire behind Pat Romero’s Feed and Supply on South Commerce Street, close to I-25. The fire was quickly contained, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was determined to be a bottle rocket.
